This course covers the communication systems from the basic digital communication to most advanced wireless topics including the MIMO systems.
The main focus will be on building the capability of designing the communication systems and verifying it by the Matlab (or C) simulation d on the strong theoretical understanding.
The course will review the digital communication part of which are covered in the digital communication course and part of which are not covered such as maximum likelihood sequence detection and continuous phase modulation.
We will conduct the Matlab simulation on every Monday in the computer lab together and on Wed we will have a lecture for the theoretical understanding.
