This course will be an introduction to Cognitive Psychology and Organisatioal Psychology with special attention to human-information processing approaches. Four major topics (perception, attention, memory, and problem solving) in cognitive psychology and two themes (motivation theory, and group dynamics) in organisational psychology will be covered in-depth and will be divided more or less equally throughout the semester.
