본 강좌에서는 아시아 국가들(일본, 대만, 중국, 필리핀, 베트남, 캄보디아, 라오스, 싱가포르, 태국, 말레이시아 및 인도네시아)의 경제를 공부하기 위하여 그들의 사회, 문화, 역사, 인종, 정치 및 교육을 전반부에 공부하며, 후반부에서는 각 나라별, 또는 아시아 전체에 걸친 경제이슈 9개를 공부한다. 9개의 이슈는 다음과 같다: 1. Exchange Rate Policies of East Asian Countries and Their Competitiveness, 8. Productivity of Vietnams Agriculture Sector.
