- AS computational capacity and speed increases very rapidly, it is required to efficiently find out solutions for environmental problems using a numerical approaches.
- Students will understand and apply fundamental concepts of unmerical algortihms to solve environmental problems including air and water quality, waste management, and any others.
- theoretical lecture and computer-based practice for each chapter will go side by side to help students understand and apply the concept.
-Students will learn how to effectively organize flowcharts and tools to resolve their own problems of interest.
-The course sill serve as an introductory course for environmental engineers and make sutuents feel comfortable and confiednt when they need computational approaches.
