Students will read basic American legal texts in todays global context. Varioustopics will be discussed in the class, comprising both theory and practice. For detailed contents ofthe course, please see the attached class schedule. This course will be taught in English language and use English textbook and reading materials. All homework assignments and class presentations, as well as the exams will be conducted in English language.
